1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.paradigmev.com (the “Site”), operated by ParadigmEV LLC (“ParadigmEV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of the Site
The Site provides information about ParadigmEV’s electric vehicle (“EV”) charging deployment program for various property types, including information for prospective landlord partners, technology and siting information, and information for prospective investors. The Site allows visitors to submit information about a property for consideration under our landlord program.
3. No Offer; Informational Purposes Only
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:
- A binding offer to enter into a license agreement, lease, or any other commercial arrangement with any property owner;
- An offer or solicitation to sell securities or any other investment product, except as expressly set forth in materials specifically designated as such and made available in accordance with applicable securities laws (see our Investors page for applicable disclosures); or
- Legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.
Any figures regarding rent, revenue, returns, uptime, or performance referenced on the Site are illustrative, based on assumptions or historical data at specific sites, and are not guaranteed. Actual results at any given property will vary.
4. Site Submissions and Landlord Inquiries
If you submit information through the Site — including but not limited to your name, contact information, property address, property type, parking capacity, ownership role, or other details about a property (a “Submission”) — you represent that:
- You have the authority to submit this information and, where applicable, to discuss the property with us;
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge; and
- You consent to ParadigmEV and its designated partners contacting you at the phone number and email address you provide regarding your Submission.
Submitting information through the Site does not create any binding obligation on ParadigmEV to pursue, evaluate, or respond to your Submission, and does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or contractual relationship between you and ParadigmEV. Any actual business relationship will only arise through separate, signed written agreements.
You may not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information, or submit information on behalf of a property you do not have the right to represent.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including through the introduction of viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent;
- Submit false or fraudulent Submissions, or impersonate any person or entity; or
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the SUMMIT name and platform, and the overall look and feel — is the property of ParadigmEV or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links and References
The Site may reference or link to third-party sources, including cited data (e.g., industry reports on tenant rents or network uptime). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of third-party sources. Inclusion of a reference does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING PROJECTED FINANCIAL OR PERFORMANCE FIGURES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARADIGMEV AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParadigmEV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Submission, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
