ParadigmEV LLC (“ParadigmEV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.paradigmev.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide to us directly
When you submit a site inquiry (e.g., through our “Submit a Site” / landlord form), request information, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Property address
- Approximate parking spaces
- Property type (e.g., shopping center, retail, grocery-anchored, hospitality, office/mixed use)
- Ownership role (e.g., owner, asset manager, property manager, broker)
- Any additional information you choose to provide in free-text fields
- Any information you provide by emailing us directly (e.g., sales@ParadigmEV.com)
b. Information collected automatically
At this time, the Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we implement analytics, tracking pixels, or similar technologies in the future (for example, to understand site traffic or improve the Site), we will update this Policy to describe what is collected, which may include IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, and, where required by law, will provide a cookie banner or other notice allowing you to manage your preferences.
c. Information from other sources
We may supplement the information you provide with publicly available information about a property (e.g., property records, aerial imagery, traffic data) to evaluate a site submission. This does not involve additional collection from you directly.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Evaluate property submissions and respond to landlord inquiries;
- Communicate with you about your submission, including by phone, email, or mail;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Conduct site diligence, design, and permitting once a property moves forward in our process;
- Comply with legal obligations; and
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized submissions.
We do not use the information you submit through the landlord form for unrelated marketing purposes without your consent.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share the information described above with:
- Our technology and operating partner(s): the companies that build, operate, and maintain the EV chargers, to the extent necessary to evaluate, design, or service a site.
- Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Site or our business (e.g., hosting providers, email/CRM providers), under obligations to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
- Professional advisors: attorneys, accountants, and consultants, as needed.
- Successors: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- As required by law: to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ParadigmEV, our users, or others.
We do not share landlord submission data with prospective investors in a way that identifies you or your property without your consent, except as needed to support diligence on a site that has proceeded further into our process.
4. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your submission, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If your property is not selected for the program, we may retain your information for a reasonable period in case the site becomes a better fit in the future, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

You may:
- Ask us to correct or update the information you submitted;
- Ask us to delete information you submitted (subject to legitimate business or legal retention needs); or
- Opt out of future communications from us by replying to any email or contacting us at sales@ParadigmEV.com.
California residents: Depending on the volume and nature of personal information we process, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 8 below.
If you are located outside the United States, please note the Site is directed at a U.S. audience and we process data in the United States; by using the Site, you consent to that processing.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
